1. How long is shipping?

Shipping takes approximately 7-14 days. After a 1-2 day processing period. 

 

2. Where do you guys ship from?

Medics Supply ships from several facilities all over the world. Such as The USA, China, Germany, United Kingdom, Guatemala and more.

 

 3. Are these products FDA approved?

Many of our products are FDA approved, however this is not a catalog wide case. So if you have questions on if the product you purchased is FDA approved, just message the support team. 

 

4. How does the warranty work?

If a part of the product breaks. We offer a standard 1 year or 3 year warranty (depending on the product) of which you can have that part replaced at no cost to you. The steps to get the warranty are as follows:

A. Message the support team with your request.

B. Send them your tracking code, and order number as proof of shipment. As well as a photo of the damaged part.

C. Wait 1-2 days for approval.

d. Confirmation is sent, and your part will arrive in the coming days. 

 

5. How do refunds work?

We offer a 30 day refund where you would ship the product back to a address specified from the support team.

The steps to getting a refund are the same as the steps for getting a warranty, expect you will be required to send a picture of the whole product. As well it must be in usable condition.

We are based in Canada and the United States.
